Superb service
My Audiologist was so helpful and she put me at ease. I had a free hearing test on 17/8 which showed that I would benefit from hearing aids. I had another appointment on 24/8, had a longer hearing test and a trial run of aids. Today’s appointment was fitting my aids and getting used to them, with another appointment on 17/9 to see how I am getting on. Superb service.

We have seen Aisling twice at the Retail park store.
Thank you very much for looking after my Mam and myself. Aisling put my Mam at total ease and explained to both of us how the test would work, the results and recommendations on the different hearing aids available, including the suitability for my mother's needs.
Aisling was very professional and gave time to accommodate my mother's disabilities.
A very pleasant experience and a very happy outcome for my Mam and the family!!

Exceptional service, aftercare and knowledge.
Exceptional service, extremely helpful, informative and professional. Aisling is a superb member of the Boots HearingCare team in Inverness. I have been a regular customer for three years and have just upgraded to the latest Phonak AI hearing aids. Fabulous friendly service, after care, explanations and I highly recommend the whole team at Boots Inverness Retail Park. As an added bonus there is never a hard sell which unlike other hearing aid companies is a joy and actually makes you want to buy their products.
