The two ladies I’ve had meetings with were very friendly and most helpful explaining things very well. And they made me feel comfortable and at ease at all times.

RACIST pharmacist

I Joe Mahoney have a heart condition and copd on the 31st of December 25 I was refused all my meds as I don't have photo id 11days without any meds I ended up in hospital simply because of a racist pharmacist. Thank you boots don't bother contacting me as you have my phone number is 07831 249023 shown that you don't care inshore they would not allow me to complain nor speak to the manger worst boots store ever and endangering life .I don't think talking about it as I've already told you what happened.

Appalling service for my 90 Yr…

Appalling service for my 90 Yr oldmother. We chose Boots in Lowestoft because they offered a local service convenient for her to access. Despite being made aware of mobility issues, the first appointment made was 2 floors up (steep stairs, no lift). Another appointment was made and she had to return on a day the ground floor could be used. After purchasing hearing aids which cost between £3-4000 she got a letter from Boots sayng they were stopping all ground floor appointments and she would have to travel to either Norwich or Great Yarmouth, neither of which is doable for her. She is now unable to get the support and service she requires with her hearing aids. She has been utterly sold down the river by Boots. It seems like disability discrimination to me.

Hearing appointment

Just been for a hearing appointment in Lowestoft. I saw an audiologist called Bethany, she was friendly and courteous a pleasant addition to the staff at the store. It is always welcoming in the store it’s a pleasure to visit.

It’s simply a waste of time!

A year ago I spent a substantial amount of money on hearing aids with Boots. The lady at Lowestoft was simply excellent. However a year later I was invited back for a review. I travelled 26 miles for it. I met a guy who was rude enough to gaze at his computer a minute when I entered. I stood in the middle of the room awaiting his gaze. I sat and was asked ‘how is your hearing?’ Has it changed? I then expected a test but no test. He asked questions that seemingly came from a screen. I answered all. He then said because Boots had changes, if I wanted to have a hearing check I should come on a Tuesday not a Monday (strange as Boots made the appointment). He also said I would have to go upstairs on a Tuesday???? This is getting weird! I asked if he was simply going to ask questions or actually give answers or feedback. He changed the ‘wax filter’ on my hearing aids and I was done. What an absolute insult to intelligent people. A waste of my time his time and the money Boots pay him.

I have recently purchased my hearing aids from Boots. Georgina was brilliant - answered all my questions patiently and was helpful about the pros and cons of different options available. When I started wearing them they were comfortable and I couldn't believe how much more I can hear. Thank you

Excellent service

Georgina the audiologist was very informative and quickly put me at ease and was very professional in helping me select the correct hearing aids for my loss and Tinnitus

Customer service

Georgina at the lowestoft branch was very knowledgeable and the way she explained everything came across crystal clear, she answered all questions I had, she is an asset to boots and boots should be very proud of her how represented the company
