I was very pleased with my experience at Boots hearing centre.
Claire was very professional and made the whole experience pleasant and informative.

The only people who listened to my needs
Claire was the only one who listened to me regarding my hearing loss, she took the time to write a letter to my doctors suggesting they see me. Because of my age, being so young, I have never been taken seriously when it comes to my hearing. I’ve been let down so much by medical professionals but after Claire’s letter my doctor took me seriously that’s why after medical tests I went back to see Claire as I have been referred for two hearing aids, due to Claire’s professional service I chose to go back to Boots and buy my hearing aids privately- despite being eligible for NHS funding. Claire’s care and attention throughout the hearing tests made me feel less embarrassed and made me feel like I mattered. I cannot tell you what it felt like to try on the demo hearing aids! All I will say is that Claire has changed my life and I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend Boots Hearingcare Lymington.
