Terrible service
I would give zero if i could , i had 2 appointments booked and both were cancelled by Boots , so i rebooked and had a date for the 18th of Feb … i had an email saying it was booked on the same day i had a text saying it was cancelled .. so i have just phoned to check and i was told .. yes .. your appointment is booked for the 14th of March ( they had not even informed me ) so i will use another company.. awful service .. their loss ….

Chose a pair of hearing aids which were delivered on time. Use and fitting of the aids carefully explained and follow-up appointment arranged.
