Jon was very clear. No time was wasted and enough time was given for my questions.
In retrospect, perhaps a bit more time allowed for the fitting of the units to my ears as I had difficulty doing this at home.

Very quick, yet personal service
I was very impressed with the personal service and very pleasant and attentive manner of the staff. I was forunate in being able to move straight from an initial 15 minute assessment to a more detailed one because of a vacant slot. I liked the finance plan for payments and the Advantahe Card bonus. Within 6 days I had been fitted with hearing aids and I am delighted with the result.
