The professionalism of Donald Turmbull…
The professionalism of Donald Turmbull throughout the entire Boots Hearing Aid experience has been fantastic. From the introduction of what was involved, the hearing test, the explanation of the various aids on offer and explaining and answering all my questions and concerns the whole experience was excellent.
I didn't realise how bad my hearing was and how much I was missing sound wise. Brilliant hearing aids.
Another added advantage is that my wife got boots points for my purchase of the hearing aids.

Hearing issues-testing, diagnosis and treatment
From the start in July 2023 Don Turnbull was very professional, thorough and patient treating my hearing problems, testing, explaining not only the on-line print-outs of the results but also the various options for new hearing aids through to their fitting in February 2024 plus a follow-up review.
The whole experience of the testing, diagnosis and treatment was excellent.

Collection of Hearing Aids
I found the Audiologist - Boots, Penrith - DONALD TURNBULL - to be most helpful and patient with my choice of Hearing Aids. On collecting them, he explained their use in detail which was a lot to take in and I am pleased to have another Appointment in two weeks time to discuss any problems. I would highly recommend your service.

The Boots Hearingcare at Penrith was excellent,
The Boots Hearingcare telephone centre was less than efficient but my experience at the Penrith store was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful and the audiologist was very good and was able to analyse my hearing problem and provide the appropriate solution. The process was not rushed and everything was explained fully. Full marks!
