I saw Saima Kauser at Boots in Rochdale, on 3 occasions for my new hearing aids. I'd never had hearing aids before & was extremely nervous & a little emotional. Saima was absolutely wonderful, putting me at ease from the 1st appointment. She was knowledgeable & professional & nothing was too much trouble.

A very useful and pleasurable experience
The audiologist was very professional. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She explained, in fine detail, how I should use the new hearing aids. She pointed out all the extra features for me to use and enjoy. The whole meeting with her was a pleasurable experience.

Brilliant Service
The hearing technician is a credit to the business, very personable, yet very professional. Everything was explained in detail and the whole experience was relaxed. I guess, if handled differently it could easily add to the natural stress of requiring the service in the first place.
