I was happy with the way things went.
Tests were thorough and advice given was professional. It remains to see whether the suggested and prescribed aids to be purchased do everything that they are expected or hoped to do!
Helpful information- the whole process was easy from the original testing to fitting the hearing aids! Recommended! Both myself and my husband had them fitted and it has improved our everyday life.

The audiologist was efficient knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to explain clearly the pros and cons of the hearing aids, and the support I could be given in getting used to them.

Very pleasant lady who explained everything to me. I didn’t know much about hearing aids but she explained the differences to me which helped me make my decision
