Very good information and explanation

The booking of appointment was easy but but was a six week + wait.
The appointment at Sutton Coldfield with Kuldeep was thorough, informative and professional and very patient. I cannot commend her enough.
The Hearing aid suggested and provided seem ,after a day or two, meet my requirements but it’s early days and I am sure any ‘fine tuning’ Will not be a problem.

From initial hearing test to fitting my new hearing aids, Kuldeep was excellent. Her knowledge and patience with me (these are my first hearing aids) was without fault.
