Lovely audiologist named Nishma, who checked my ears for wax etc and then did a hearing test, she explained the results to me and what options I could have in hearing aids

Nishma Kothari has changed my life ! I have severe hearing loss in my left ear due to nerve damage and over the years have been told theres nothing that can be done. She said ' let me try' and explained shes helped clients in worse situations. I have just had my new aids fitted and at switch on I COULD HEAR, and really well ! Her knowledge, expertise and caring nature are so appreciated and this is a game changer for me. I cannot thank her enough.

Nishma was so professional and reassuring. My husband was fitted with really wonderful hearing aids that he has used every day..I thought that he would never accept hearing aids. NISHMA was so patient with my elderly husband and showed how to use all the different bits and pieces. Link to his phone. We felt that we could contact her with any problems in future..wonderful service all round . I can't recommend Boots service enough. Thanks

The lady testing and fitting my hearing aids was very patient, pleasant and helpful, trying different styles of aids. She made sure they were comfortable and that I knew how to fit them myself properly.

My Mum who is 98 had an appointment with Nishma at the Boots in Swindon Brunel Plaza to sort some new hearing aids. Nishma was amazing with my Mum and was so thoughtful and caring.

We had to go back today (03/10/25) for an aftercare appointment and one of Mum’s aids was always coming out. Again we saw Nishma and the service was once again brilliant. Nishma sorted the problem and my Mum said it now felt very secure. Nishma also gave us some great advice and also suggested some other aids. Thank you very much for everything Nishma. I found the audiologist very pleasant on both occasions I visited, she explained everything clearly and answered my questions. I found the whole experience of getting hearing aids straightforward without any stress, and would recommend Boots to anyone with hearing problems.

The hearing aid department in Swindon. The lady was very polite, courtious attentive to my needs & listened to what I was saying to get me the right hearing aid, the follow up appointments are also a pleasure to go to, nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend Boots.

Helen Martin was very helpful and explained everything. Gave good advice in choosing the right aids for me and gave me samples so I could choose the colour that was best for me. Helen is very friendly and helps you feel relaxed.
