A good professional experience.
My appointment was very well conducted and explained, especially with the fitting and handling of the hearing aids. The young lady was helpful and professional and spent time to ensure a successful meeting.

Great service and care
The hearing test,which lasted an hour was the most thorough I’d had despite being more than partially deaf for over 10 years.
The hearing aid that I was then offered,which had been tuned to my hearing opened ups whole new world of sound that I had not experienced for years
