Hearing Aids
Be aware, there are two consulting rooms in different parts of the store. I was sat outside 1 as per sign by the door, only to be collected some 5 minutes later by the other audiologist. Apart from that the service was great with reminders of appointments by e-mail including duration, handy to know for parking in the town centre.

Awful service
Awful service. Booked hearing test appt online for Boots Golden Square, Warrington and received email confirmation. Turned up for 12.15 appt and sat outside consulting room. Nobody came to me so I went to speak to a pleasent assistant who told me 'oh we have not seen her in today' !! What!! I had travelled 16 miles round trip for this awful service. The company has my details but nobody tried to contact me. Shocking way to treat a customer.

Very nice assistant and very helpful
Very nice assistant and very helpful, she explained everything to me and showed me how to put my hearing aids in and how to charge them up each night
