Lucky to have had a wonderful man who explained everything thoroughly, was patient and had a good sense of humour.

Service was ok but I was disappointed that I was not given printed results of my hearing assessment for my files.

Laura was friendly, reassuring and professional throughout the assessment. She took time to explain everything thoroughly, and to ensure I understood everything before moving forward. She went through the options available, and advised on which hearing aids would suit my needs best. There was no hard sell, and I felt under no pressure to buy from Boots.

From start to finish I was treated with respect. The initial hearing test showed that I needed to come back for a more in depth check, which was arranged straight away.
After check it was explained that I would benefit from hearing aids. After discussion of the various benefits of different models I made my choice. The order was placed there and then and my hearing aids have been given to me today. I was also given detailed advice on their use. Many thanks to Laura at Boots Hearingcare Wimbledon.

Joel was prompt and friendly, he diagnosed and corrected the problem with my fathers hearing aid very quickly.

I would like to share some feedback following a visit to your Wimbledon store yesterday.

I was shopping with my dog. I usually carry her, but on this occasion I was unable to do so as I was holding items I intended to purchase. While I was queuing to pay, a member of staff approached me and asked whether my dog was a guide dog. I apologised and explained that, as I couldn’t carry her at that moment, I would complete my payment and leave immediately.

This experience reminded me of another incident a few months ago in the same store. While shopping, the customer in front of me stole deodorant and left without paying. I specifically looked for a member of staff to report this, and I was also with my dog at that time.

I understand and respect your policy regarding dogs in store. However, I feel it is worth pointing out that dogs do not steal — people do. Small dogs certainly do not steal, and responsible dog owners who come to Wimbledon for a walk and then shop locally are not the issue.

I hope this feedback encourages a review of how the policy is applied, and that more focus can be placed on preventing theft rather than turning away customers who intend to pay.

Boots always changes my appointments and this time they did not send me what I ordered but something else I cannot use, and haven’t responded to my complaint.

Nice environment, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, and no pressure when deciding the product I wanted.

I booked the 1st available appointment over a month ago at Boots Wimbledon for a wax removal. Three days prior to the date it got cancelled by email. There was a sorry but no explanation as to why. Next I got a text message with a link to reschedule. The link did not work. Next I made a phone call(to be fair=answered promptly). I was told that no one knows why the cancellation but they can offer me a new appointment in another month. Absolutely ridiculous service or should I say no service at all!

Really lovely service. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Test was quick and painless. Building work going on outside for the initial test but could not hear the noise in the clinic and the booth was also soundproofed. The audiologist was very informative and took time to ensure I fully understood everything
