Terrible company and terrible products.

I purchased a boot liner for my car from their website, and what arrived was awful. It's a really terrible cheap material and doesn't even fit my boot properly despite being advertised as 'made perfectly to fit your car boot'. It doesn't reach the edges of my boot. It was also shipped in nothing but a transparent plastic bag. No bubble wrap, no cardboard or anything to protect it.

They are refusing to pay the return postage costs, despite being legally obligated to under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. At the time of writing, in their most recent email reply they stated 'As mentioned we do not pay return postal costs'. This is illegal.

Initially, they sent me a link to arrange the return postage, so I packaged the item back up and tried to use the provided link, but it requires payment for the postage. Upon going back to them, they are requesting a photograph of the mat in my boot, which would now require me to re-open the item I have already paid to package back up and then pay again to re-package it for a second time. They then requested a picture of my boot, which I sent, but they still refused to pay the return postage costs.

I have been forced to file a dispute for the transaction with my payment provider.

I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

The Bootliner bumper protector I bought smells so strongly of rubber I can't use it. I have contacted Bootliners who have ignored my complaint but sent me an automated reminder to review their product.
I cannot use the bumper protector as it smells so toxic.
Beware if you buy one.

I bought a boot liner for my daughter’s car but when it arrived it was the wrong size. My fault as she has an estate car.
I rang up and spoke to a lovely man and he sorted it out from me sending it back and getting a replacement straight away.

Great liner. Needed to replace my Skoda supplied liner which was rigid plastic and cracked under the weight of two dogs. This one is flexible, fitted really well and the lip contains fur and wet from swimming. Arrived quickly and took seconds to fit. Moreover, for the first time I could have the moveable floor in the up position without awkwardness in fitting the boot divider to keep the dogs separated.,
