Very Happy I managed to find these replacement screws. A bit of time passed between my two sons and a few house-moves resulted in loosing the screws of the chair, ending up with useless wood elements.

Getting the replacement parts, even if a bit expensive for a few mechanical screws allowed me to use the Tripp Trapp again.

Old tripp trapp model needed new leather strap - just the ticket.

I needed my parts from the buggy, it seems this is the only company online I was told. Really good and clear website. Delivery.was ok not bad, fortunately my neighbour signed for me, otherwise I had to go all the way to the depot.bi couldn't open the tracking reference no for some reason.

I highly recommend you to use another delivery company, interlink express, their service is super, quick and prompt!

I telephoned to ask for a bulk order and the customer service representative was very good. Friendly and helpful. Called back when she said she would. We had a short wait for delivery but we're kept informed.
