Item was received intact with all purchased parts, well packaged and in good time. This is the second BougeRV that we have purchased, this one being for a relative making a Route 66 cross-country trip. I ordered the wrong MPCC and controller devices with the Solar Panels. They were very helpful and prompt with the returns and refunds. The Solar Panels, diesel heater, and electric blanket are all great products that I recommend.

The product is excellent. The issue was with the shipper the BougeRV uses. In my case the box was left under my mailbox in the snow. Not acceptable.

The cooler I purchased arrived damaged. After sending BougeRV photos, they quickly shipped a replacement (that arrived in new condition).

I was looking for the largest fridge that would fit in the "subtrunk" of my SUV (where a spare tire would go) and the BougeRV 23QT fits perfectly. It's great that I always have it with me and can be a freezer as well. It cools down really quickly so I can simply turn it on when I go in to shop and by the time I come out it's at the temperature I want. It looks really nice too.
