It's the first time that I have bought…

It's the first time that I have bought from Boux Avenue online. The items arrived quickly and were of high quality. They were well packed and boxed. I had to return an item which was free and very simple. I had my refund within days not weeks. I would definitely buy on line again. An alround good experience.

Refused refund for documented overcharge despite proof

I am very disappointed with how an overcharge on my in-store transaction is being handled. I provided photographic proof of the price tags and my bank statement showing I was charged more than the advertised price at the till.
Because I cannot return to the store in person, I was told the only solution is to post the items back for a full refund. This wasn’t consulted with first I was just issued a return label with no other solution. I then queried if I could have the overcharged difference as a store voucher instead of a cash refund to make it easier, as I genuinely love the products. This was also refused.
It is unreasonable to demand a full return of goods just to correct a documented pricing error. By law as I was overcharged, I should be able to keep the product without returning it. It’s not faulty and I like the set so why would I want to return it? I hope someone can resolve this, very disappointing.

Good range and User friendly site

The website and shopping experience was user friendly, they have a wide ramge of variety of items to choose from however they could do better with using sustainable and durable products as I jad to return items I bought online at the store as it wasnt as expected. It looked good in the pictures however wasnt up to the quality expexted from Boux

Not great

I bought two different sets to see which bridal pyjamas and robe I wanted for my big day. Given the price difference between the two (one was in the sale) they were the same exact pyjamas and robe; cut, style, lace.. the only difference was a tiny bit of sheen to the fabric. The quality isn’t what it used to be, but still kept one pair as they were sized well and are comfortable for the day. Unfortunately, two of the items also has someone else’s hair in the unopened packaging, which made me question how it wasn’t noticed. This alone was disappointing and has made me question buying from Boux Avenue again.

We visited the meadowhall store today…

We visited the meadowhall store today and can honestly say we were absolutely over the moon with the service from Jo. She had a line of people ringing for her help and she was running around making sure everyone got the item and attention they needed. I don’t know how she did it other than she’s superwoman. She was extremely knowledgable and could help with ideas and fittings before even in the changing room. Jo honestly was amazing and an absolute credit to the company.

I used the online service as our local store didn't have the item I wanted (a birthday present for my daughter, so it had to be the exact thing she asked for!). The process was simple, I was kept up to date by email, the delivery was timely (even though Easter holidays were a factor) and the item is of good quality. So, thank you very much!

Very poor service when something goes wrong!!!

I bought some slippers - have used this company for many items - the bow fell off in a week, and it was only for a 13 year old girl. I showed them evidence and now they want me to send them back and wait 10 days for a resolution - very very poor and think twice about using them, they were not expensive but a birthday gift for a child - wont be using them again!

Some birthday gift this was....

It was mostly a positive experience

It was mostly a positive experience. The order was easy to place and the items came quickly but I was disappointed that it allowed me to select and purchase an item that I was then told was unavailable. I am also finding it difficult to confirm I was not charged for that item and it has come through on a feedback email. From the items I recieved they were all true to size, good quality and comfortable.

Quality goods and good service

Kept me up to date with delivery information. The items were beautifully packaged, and everything was as nice as it looked on line and exactly as ordered. The sizing was perfect and the material good quality. Not happy!

Ordered a set of pyjamas, received a completely different pyjamas bottoms in a completely different colour. I am not sure how you can pack something completely different in the parcel and send it, I mean you don't need a tag or be a genius to see these are 2 different things. Now I have been asked to return something I didn't even order to be able to get my refund! Laughable this is. Not my mistake and I should not have to wait 15 days to get my money back.

Never had such issue before but this is very disappointing I must say.
