Just been to this store in LeamingtonSpa. Icould not fault the service in any way. The man serving me listened to the problem i had, collected the parts up from the store, showed me how they all fitted together all this with a smile.

The following is the text of an email sent to acknowledge Extraordinary Customer Service:-

"I wanted to let you know that I have received the Christmas Canvases and am very happy with the purchase. I also wanted to thank you for all of your assistance and efforts on my behalf and for what I consider to be exceptional Customer Service. Firstly the items requested were no doubt unusual for a Building Suppliers and the delivery required outside of your catchchment area. The unusual nature of the items required a quotation to be raised and a courier to be identified. At every stage of this process I was kept informed by both phone and text providing reassurance that the matter was very much in hand.
Finally I can only add that if this extraordinary level of Customer Service is representative of both yourself, your colleagues and the Company I can only wish you all every success in the future as it is very much deserved."

I discovered a significant leak in my kitchen late one evening and panicked at the thought of potential damage. A technician arrived within the hour, and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He assessed the situation quickly and got to work right away, explaining each step of the repair process. Not only did he fix the leak efficiently, but he also offered valuable advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. The level of care and attention he provided made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Good service, advice and prices. Friendly staff. Would always recommend them.
But -- the website or websites. I tried to find info from the timber side of the business but kept ending up at the Dorline part of the website with no link through to the timber side (which is in the title!) I finally found it when I picked up on the PBSbuildit link.
Now, I will admit that it might be me, but I'm of average intelligence, so just a heads-up to BPS that they might want to do something about it, and to anybody wishing to look at their timber.

Needed to change my order and Nathan at bps Bidford sorted it straight away, pity web sales only had an answer machine and never replied to my message.

Been using BPS Shipston on stour for the last 6 weeks and can't fault anything they do, prices are excellent and service is too.

I ordered a Jumbo Bag of Cotswolds Stone Chippings in store after receiving advice from one of your staff. The item was delivered today 25/09/2023 as required by me. The driver was very helpful and dropped the bag were it was required.

Good price and delivered when they said it would by a help full driver.

Outstanding service from Jack and the delivery man (unfortunatley I didn't get his name). I used to order my timber from Walsall but I'm a convert now. BPS for all future projects.

Guy I dealt with at the store was great and made the purchase easy and quick. Products were delivered on time and driver was more than helpful

Just remember to take the VAT off the total to get free delivery over £150 (ex-VAT)...
Will definitely be using BPS again.
