I recently had the pleasure of working with Braiswick Photographic for our school’s photo day, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, they delivered on everything they promised, making the process smooth and enjoyable for both staff and students.

Last year class photo not received even though was paid twice as ordered twice 😕 emailed and still nothing 😕

website is very confusing, which one is digital, hardcopy?

Prices seem a little much. But always got what Iv orderd so happy.

I came across to briswick through Recreuiter went for interview well suited & booted but the feed back I got from Recreuiter shocked me & axiom its the company with toxic work culture & racism disgusting not recommend.

If i could give zero stars i would!
This is the third year this company has took the most awful photo of my child, it would take less than 10 seconds to adjust her hair instead of taking a photo with it covering half her face or her pigtails one up one to the side

How they decide thats the best picture ill never know and why we have to have the option they deem the ‘best’ is also not fair there should be more than one picture for us the parent to decide on
The prices are crazy for a photo my 6 year old could of infact took better herself with her eyes closed!
This company should not be allowed to charge for this crap or take my childs school picture that i now have to order as she will be upset if i dont..waste of money yet another one that lives in the junk cupboard!

Got the picture of my son and it looks like he's mid saying cheese in it. This was the photographers second attempt as they didn't get consent for the first lots of pictures they took as no one knew they where there tbh that was on the school. But come on there's no way any photographer that gave a damn would see that picture and think "yup that's the best pic!"

Got my childs photo back friday and this is the 2nd year now and again I'm disappointed with my child's photo. 1st year she looked like a deer in headlights, I put it down to first year at school everythings new and a bit daunting. But now her 2nd year shes hardly smiling, looks very awkward, cardigans not even on properly and it just looks rushed. As a 'professional' photographer how could you be happy with that? Think I'll be telling my child's school not to bother getting her photo done from now on.

Absolutely atrocious photography. This was my child's first school photo and I was really looking forward to receiving it and buying copies for relatives. I could tell from the sample thumbnail that it wasn't great so I only bought the digital download, which of course is non refundable. Thank goodness I did because now I can see just what a poor job this company did. It looks like a complete rush job. The lack of any attention to detail, like the fact my child's hair is over their face, is astounding. I've no idea why any school would book this photography company, especially now I've seen I'm not alone in my disappointment. If the school decide to book this photographer again our child will not be taking part. I could take a better photo at home with a Nokia 3310. And yes, I know, Nokia 3310s didn't have a camera.

If there will be option of no stars,I would use that!
Photografers not interested to make nice picture,they are horrible! I have feeling,that they mission is make school memories to fade as soon as possible and hide pictures away. HELLO! IT'S US! WE PAY FOR YOUR CRAP PICTURES! YOUR PHOTOGRAPERS HAVE ANY LICENCE AT ALL?????

I am not very impressed by the customer service at all. I ordered photos online and they have not arrived with all others at school. I have contacted customer services who first suggested the payment didn't go through even though it left my bank! They eventually found it and said they will rush the order but spoke as if it was my fault!! I have paid £32 for 2 prints and they didn't even apologise for them not arriving!! I would not recommend this company and will be suggesting school uses another company.

Unfortunately, we have been left extremely disappointed in the quality of the school picture we have received of our child. It is on a plain white background, our child's skin looks completely washed out and the picture looks to have been taken without any real care or attention. It looks completely rushed and no better than we could have gotten in a photo booth.

Having looked into the company, we weren't surprised to find they have hundreds of negative reviews on Google reviews (averaging 2.5 out of 5 in ratings from 172) and 2 out of 5 on Trustpilot.

We were really excited about our child's first school photo and feel so disappointed with the outcome.

We have contacted our school, to ask that they consider using another company in the future, who are more thoughtful and considered in their approach.

A company that takes absolutely terrible photos every single year at highly inflated prices. They sign up schools by offering kickbacks (bribes) and the parents and kids suffer. Schools WAKE UP. We (the parents) HATE this awful company.

First time ordering. Considering the price, I was expecting high quality products. Received the pics alongside the ordered frame but it wasnt as expected. Frame of cardboard paper falling all over the place, barely holding the picture in place. Hope they do better

Companies like this should not exist in 2023!
It is ridiculous to not be able to get digital version.
Also I am angry how they provide their service - it is like a beggars that just do a photo and then trying to sell it.
And I am not talking about waste they are producing by printing all this demo photos!

Very unprofessional photographers, no any photos that can be printed. What stops them to click a good one? Very disappointing. Regarding price, no comment; I suggest to schools please avoid using such company.

I'm surprised that company still exist. I'm agree what other people said . It's so low on quality . Don't know why school change company . But that one is not acceptable. Also overpriced. For that amount of money I expect good service and good product. Think complain should go to trade standard.
