Fortunately found these guys and got my MacBook fixed same week actually done and working as intended. Local shop guys had my item for weeks without telling me anything and charged me £100 for diagnostics and in the end nothing was fixed and same not turning on. But found brandlab shop and made me worth waiting for my device to be fixed ☑️

I sent them a pile of broken ipad 4 air bits, after I tried to replace the charging port. In doing so, I'd accidentally ripped some motherboard pads during the de-soldering, and assumed it was a lost cause. This was frustrating because our youngest had taken lots of pictures of 2 years which we really wanted off there. The apple shop originally said it was hopeless and couldn't be repaired, because the charge port was part of the frame.

I posted Brand Lab the ipad on a Friday, they messaged me Tuesday telling me it would be ready Thursday, and it arrived back in perfect working order on the following Monday. Can't ask for anything more.

if we have anything like this happen again we'd go back to them straight away.

I recently had my Microsoft Surface Pro 5 repaired by Brand Lab, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Without any physical interaction, I was able to send my device to them through Royal Mail. They promptly confirmed receipt of my tablet, diagnosed the issue, and communicated every step of the process.

Once the repair was complete, I was allowed to make the payment only after I confirmed that they had indeed fixed my device. They quickly shipped it back to me in Scotland, and I’m pleased to say that it works perfectly. The whole process was efficient and straightforward, and I’m thoroughly enjoying my device again. Highly recommend Brand Lab for their excellent service!
