Working with Zack was an easy and super convenient way for me to get my order done. Always grateful for the service and quality they privode!

I’ve purchased a few custom products from here, including koozies and mugs, and they have all turned out just like I wanted! The quality of the products itself were great and if I had any changes to my order it was easy to get that done.

Placed an order and they deducted money from account but I cannot get anyone to call back or reply to my order with questions. I have not received product and afraid at this point I was taken. Emails calls etc. other places I look say company no longer in business.

I put my order in
a month

& paid for it.
I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT!

No update to production time or delivery date even after numerous email messages.

Great product and great customer service. Arrived very quickly. These wristbands are very durable and love that we can get them in the toddler size.

great service and product. Arrived when they said it would. My client was so happy with the wristbands that they received they placed a second order the next day. Thank you Brandnex for making it so easy for me!

They are very accommodating and produce quality and timely proofs. I appreciated that they were quick in getting back to me.

After extensive online research of product quality, shipment speed, and price, I chose to use this company to produce my church's buttons. I now use them yearly and have yet to have any issue. I always pay to have the proof sent to me for review and they always manage to work with me in making sure that everything I need is on the product while remaining clear and visible. I've never felt the need to call because they respond promptly to emails which is my preferred method of communication. Prior to using them, we used to order from another company that did not produce anywhere near the same quality/crispness of the font and images we requested. The buttons are always reasonably priced and delivered when they say it will be. I have recommended them to several other people and haven't heard any complaints from anyone! I will definitely continue to use them for future needs!

love the quality and the styles they have and how long they last I will always order from here

We ordered a pile of tattoos for a school function. Ordering was easy, product arrived on time and looked great. After placing the order, I got a quick phone call from Tim (I think that was his name!) making sure of the exact date I needed the product by and confirming that they would indeed arrive on time! I appreciated that he went the extra mile to make sure we'd be satisifed! We will definitely be doing business here again!

I have been using BrandNex for several years to order wristbands. The quality is great and the service it outstanding. I highly recommend them!

We submitted a large order for small buttons from BrandNex. The ordering process was simple and I especially loved that I had direct contact with a representative regarding proofs and production updates. And they arrived quickly!
