Profesional to the max!
They responded very quickly. You can chat with them via WhatsApp, which is way quicker than email, but flexible for those of us who can't always speak over the phone.
They weren't pushy, especially when I told them that we might get a sponsor and we have to wait. They waited two weeks without nagging.
Then when we got the go ahead, they were quick and delivered within the timeframe.
