I had a small piece of land that I needed to sell, and I was a loss as to how to do it as the value was so little. By good fortune I came upon Braveheart Auctions. I first contacted Stephen on 5th August, and by 4th September the auction was successfully concluded and the money in my bank account, and it was substantially more than I had anticipated! What more could you ask?

Had a great experience dealing with Nicola. What a patient lady that is. Purchased a flat in Inverness. Delighted with it. Quick and easy process. I would recommend Braveheart Auctions and especially Nicola.

Selling plots of land in Orkney with 'hope value', yet some have no formal access rights (I was told the various plot holders would have to agree it amongst themselves!)
The properties are supposedly sold at auction, but they never are. I enquired about one, but chose not to take it further as, when I looked at the advert again after enquiring, the price had gone up by about 25%!
Also currently selling a plot on the fairly inaccessible remote island of Egilsay, but all their particulars say it's on Rousay (even though the map shows its correct location!)!
Incidentally that very same plot was marked as sold after being advertised at £15,000 a month ago, but Braveheart are now trying to sell it for £50,000!

I have dealt with Braveheart on two separate occasions - on both occasions selling properties that were not easy to sell. The Braveheart team provided an honest, efficient and hassle free service I would recommend.

I purchased a flat in Dingwall through auction without ever seeing it in person — only the home report and photos. Buying at auction is always a bit of a risk because you never fully know what you’re getting, but thankfully this one paid off and I’m really glad I went ahead with it.

I purchased a caravan and site in Ayr from Nicola at Braveheart Auctions. After reading the negative reviews I was concerned however after speaking with Nicola my opinion changed. I am delighted I proceeded with the deal and have even purchased a small flat in Stevenson from her as well... A+ my girl!!!

Scammers i bought 2 plots of land to find out i get a call saying they are ready to exchange when my solicitor contacted them they pulled out costing myself and my family £8000 stay clear i will see them in court absolute liars i dont know how they sleep at night thieves.

We had a nice opportunity to purchase a picturesque plot of land where we can come with our family for a picnic, or plant lots of local herbs, or put up beehives. Thank you for this opportunity, service and help.
