Curtains measured on April 10th and still not complete which is very disappointing.

I have used Brax to supply and service blinds and awnings on a number of occasions over recent years. Have found them to be prompt, reliable and responsive at all times.

Overall very helpful in choosing blinds, dealing with any issues and delivered on time

We have used Brax 3 times. Customer service is excellent and communication and feedback re queries was prompt and friendly,
. Installation and product excellent. We are happy customers.

My orders were never complete when delivered.
No follow-up on my calls querying my orders, progress or feedback.
Never knew the status of my orders without three or four calls.
The quality of the materials used is excellent. The installers were very polite and proficient in their work. But they had to take the complaints because pieces of the orders were missing or incorrect.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's really a shame because the product itself is good. The in-house staff is very unprofessional and incompetent.

Helpful staff and good products

Thank you Brax for the Folding Arm Blinds for my 3 daughters.
My only concern was how long it took to make and install the blinds.
My daughters are very happy with them and are looking forward to getting lots of use next summer.

Had a very good experience when buying an awning screen door and repairs to existing window screen. all delivered on time and installed to complete satisfaction

I have dealt with Brax Window Treatments for many years and have always been happy with both the products and service. The latest purchase was a motorised external awning which works well and was installed efficiently.

We are very happy with the quality and effectiveness of the external blinds. There was quite a delay in having them installed but as we ordered just before Xmas the delay was understandable. I'd order from Brax in the future.

We initially ordered our external Crimsafe door and frame in Feb 2017 and were told a wait of 4 to 6 weeks was expected. We regularly phoned after this time and were told various reasons for the delays which were plausible but the company didn't phone us, we had to always ring them. Then finally about six weeks ago a new guy came out to do another measure and then a third guy came out about a month ago to install the frame and re-measure for the door and side panels. Finally about a week ago a fourth young guy came out and fitted the door and found the gap between the panels and frame were too large for the small cover pieces he had been given. (Obviously the third guy had measured incorrectly.) He then ordered wider pieces which he fitted last Saturday, the 24th of June. About 4.5 months since ordering and paying a large deposit.
We now have a frame which has a considerable gap between the top of the frame and the actual ceiling of the verandah (which the 3rd guy had told us would be filled in). A self closer which was to be installed and supplied by the company which cannot be fitted due to the design (the self closer was supplied and left inside the door for us) and finally exposed sharp screw ends in the side panels. We now have a 5th guy coming out to see us this Thursday as to the issues with the door.
The 4 guys that have been out have all been polite and as helpful as they can but overall I would have to say at this stage we are not happy. Hopefully the issues we have will be resolved soon.

We have bought several blinds from Brad. They are very professional with a high quality product.

This is the second time I have ordered from Brax . They are reliable and install quality products.

Good price, prompt installation, pleasant staff, no problems with the outdoor blinds

It took just under 6 months from order to complete the installation.
Multiple visits that insufficient time was allowed to complete the install.
No show & no phone call on one appointment.
For a $30,000 plus job, I would have expected better service.
Overall I would not recommend.

I have asked for advise on my choices at time and gone with their recommendations and been thrilled with the outcome. I can not recommend them highly enough and will continue to use this company in the future.
