Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Paul strongly believes in bringing family values to the workplace, and Brayleys offers a friendly, caring, responsible and respectful service to all customers, enabling them to trust us with their motoring needs time and again. What used to be a straightforward…

What used to be a straightforward process for 4 years of car services has turned into an inefficient and error prone mess under Brayleys takeover of Crown with the changes made.

Not having a cleaning service with rue service was unexpected an disappointing, under the guise of environmental spin it really seems like cost cutting for something that used to give me confidence and great customer service.

The booking process went through four steps and at each step no one had captured that we wanted the mot done as well as the service. Therefore after going home after nearly a full day off work to sort my car out, I realised the mot was not done. This may seem like an innocent mistake but with such a painful process I would have thought someone or something would have caught it.

If I had not realized then the mot would have expired at the end of the week and sheer horror would have followed.

Having said all that they offered to perform the mot for free and my wife took the car back the next day to have this completed.

To the managment please review this and improve your process.

Excellent service

George Ascott who is my sale representative was friendly, very professional, so helpful and very welcoming when I was looking around for a new car. He answered all the questions I throw at him. I was looked a after really well everytime I go to the shop. In summary the service is great. The staff are great. Communications are great. All in all I had a great experience buying my car at Brayleys in Orpington branch.

Appalling Customer Care

Bought the new Dacia Bigster. 6 months down the line Engine at risk of failure, followed by numerous other warnings or faults and one complete breakdown. 3 months on and 6 courtesy cars still not fixed after numerous attempts backwards and forwards to the dealership. Have had to complain at every stage to attempt to get it sorted. Extremely stressful, mentally draining and time consuming.

Good service from service dept.

It was easy to book my car in for a service at a convenient time. I was kept informed through the day and given all the information that I needed to make decisions on further work.
Collection of my car was simple and also I was pleased that the car had been washed.
Although I had a checklist with the invoice, it would have been useful for someone to go through it with me as there are some bits that I didnt understand.

Unhappy with attempt to try and get me to spend money un-necessaryily

I was texted to say that my front off side tyre critically needed changing at a cost of £111. I knew this was incorrect as the vehicle had passed it's MOT the week before. I declined to have it changed knowing it was not necessary. When I collected the vehicle the customer service op said all was fine. He did not mention the tyre. Was this a ploy to get me to spend money un-necessarily? Also I wanted the chime sound when getting into the vehicle checked. This was not done. I do not like having text messages sent I want a staff member to ring me if there is a potential problem. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful when checking in the vehicle.

A Quick and Efficient Service

I was taking my car in for a recall. Although this should have happened in January I think we both forgot about it, so it was good that Brayley Honda called. The work was done in double quick time, and I must especially commend the friendly and efficient service I received from Jenifer and her colleague on the reception desk. This is the second time I have met with them and they are an asset to your company!

Car service and MOT

Very friendly people and I believe the service and MOT was carried out properly, however having owned numerous Honda cars since 1986 this is the first time the car was not cleaned either outside or in

Great service

We had our car stolen so needed to buy a new vehicle fairly quickly. We had a rough idea what we wanted but were fairly ignorant what was available. After trawling the dealerships of North London & Hertfordshire we arrived at Brayley Kia Enfield. We were warmly met by Geni on arrival at the showroom. After asking us about our needs she recommended the Kia Picanto.
We arranged a test drive and were more than pleased with the car. Geni showed us what was available and we made our choice.
The car was collected on the Saturday so the whole process took six days in total.
Geni took great trouble explaining the features of the car before we left the showroom and assured us of her continued help if needed. This was great customer service and well above our expectations.

Car Service

The customer service agents at the counter were all very helpful and informative. The only negative is that all the paperwork is in my husbands name when it should be in my name. They couldnt do this on the counter and have to send direct to Honda. Still waiting for confirmation that this has been done

Amazing service

Amazing service! Every staff I met were professional and with amazing attitude towards the service they have provided to me. The best part for me was when i received the video of my car showing how the MOT service was done and also the parts that needs changing.
Andy at the reception was welcoming, professional and informative. In this day and age and looking at the atmosphere of the UK, I was expecting worse but I have to say, I am thankful and grateful to the staff for their services during my visit. I definitely will recommend to friends and families.

Service with a (real) smile. g a car in…

What can be said about taking a car in for its annual service? We take it on trust that all that should be done is done. That trust is built on personal relationships and experiences. The customer facing staff lead the way in their manner and attitude. At this Honda dealership that experience is first class. It follows that the service is also of the same high standard. A big vote of confidence goes to all their staff simply based on that pleasant personal relationship. One minor complaint - they previously but no longer carry out a valeting service. Is this really how a customer wants to remember otherwise excellent service? Isn't it the small touches that set the lasting memories? Bring back that final touch that uplifts the service from one of excellence to one of grandeur. We may even agree to make a donation to the firm's nominated charities!
