After breaking down on the motorway near knutsford, i contacted RIG Rescue and they turned up very quickly. They were very polite and professional and took a lot of care when loading up my vehicle. The tow truck that turned up was immaculate and had space for 6 people. Would highly recommend using them if you’re in need!

Honest support at a realistic price. Personable and supportive staff who got me moving and home before my breakdown company had even found someone to come out to me.

What a trooper! Simon was so helpful and considerate. He is always full of genuine advice and concern. After moving my Boxer, he then rang around and got me a quote for half the price the dealership had quoted, and that, was a full £5000 cheaper from a professional garage! What a service.
It was the second time I had used him and it is always good to make genuine contacts in life you know you can trust.

I was actually rescued by Rig Rescue when I couldn't get any help when my tyre burst on motorway. I was there for ages, I couldn't do it because of my broken back. And all of a sudden a Recovery car pulled over and in no time i was back on the road.
Simon was very polite and nice, he helped me straight away, without any hesitation or questions and did not even charge me to change my tyre.
He made sure I know how to pull out of the bay safely and guide me what would be the best way to do it as the motorway was too busy at that time of night.

Takes your car to a garage you don’t know and doesn’t tell you where it is. Charges £200 extra on top of what the garage want. Charges £50 to ya to pick ya vechile up cuz ya don’t know where it is

My campervan set alight on M6 I called fire brigade who put out fire who were amazing.contacted my insurance for recovery.Advised them I'm disabled and had my dog. 7hrs later I was still there.Eventually I was told they couldnt
get a recovery for me and I'd have to sort it myself.I rang Rig that arrived quickly and friendly the guy calmed me down and reassured me.We dropped campervan at a garage Simon then took us to change from recovery van to his comfortable car as I was in a lot of pain from standing hours, my legs are one of my disabilities.He drove an 1hr&40mins to my front door.I arrived home about 9.30pm and the journey was full of genuine consideration from Simon and good conversation.I arrived home feeling less anxious& confident in what I needed to do next . Top class, professional, genuinely friendly people, I highly recommend Rig rescue.As a camper van owner Rig rescue are THE ANGELS OF RECOVERY ⭐🦸

I had a blow out on the M56 and rang though and got on the phone with Simon and got sorted asap and got towed to the nearest garage and was back on the road
