I have been ordering from Brewbitz for about three years now. Always plenty of stock and a next day delivery if you order before 2pm. The shipments are well packed and backed up by good communication from head office. Would recommend to any first time brewer or a seasoned wine maker such as myself. First rate choice of equipment.

3 of the 4 cans I ordered arrived badly damaged due to inadequate packaging. As they were supposed to be for Christmas presents I was not happy so called customer services. They asked that I photograph the damaged goods and send in an email to them. This I did but have not heard back in nearly a month.
'Here at Brewbitz, we take great pride in keeping you, our customer, very happy ' ..... FAIL.

Some packages have arrived with dented tins, but no real problems. I don't think the delivery agent is that careful. Otherwise just the sort of on-line experience we should expect from every company. Well done BrewBitz

This is the first time I have used the site, and it won't be the last. They have an extensive range which covers everything I may need, and the goods were delivered within a couple of days properly protected. Keep it up.

Easy to use website, quick ordering, fast delivery and great product.

Ordered at half 3 and it was in my letter box the next morning, order was placed due to them being the cheapest I could find for the stuff I needed but I'll definitely be buying from here again now.

Arrived two days after order lace and they let me well informed by text on the stages of the order. Arrived neatly packed. I have not used the kits yet. Only negative is the lid was very hard to get off the plastic container. I have never brewed wine like this before and look forward to starting the process this weekend. Overall, I am very pleased so far.
