Encountered thinly veiled hostility with attitude from the monosyllabic curmudgeon on the counter at Brewer’s Banbury. He should not be allowed in a customer facing role without retraining in customer relationship management.

Went to brewers to get paint
Went to brewers to get paint, my daughter went to shop and got it, came home and was charged £70 plus vat for shelf colour timeless.
At wicks it is £35.
Total con shame on you Brewers.
