Very good service paint ready when I arrived to Collect it very friendly and polite.

Very helpful staff and ordering was easy on line.

We used their scanner matching & mixing service and were very satisfied with the experience.
The deputy manager, Josh, was brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and patiently guided us through the shade options available. With our choices made, he then advised on the type and amount of paint we needed. Finally, he opened an account for us which secured a 10% discount on the purchase price, with a further 10% off our next transaction, either online or in-store.
When we got home, we received a very nice account welcome email from Josh wishing us good luck with our project and offering to help with any queries or further advice we may need in the future.

It was delivered promptly, the following day. Brewers have incredible range of designer paints and finishes.

Easy ordering experience. I got no help from their Live Chat, even after 48 hours of waiting, which is something they could definitely improve. But in this instance I didn't need that in the end. Delivered swiftly and by a friendly driver.

Great store, great selection of paint

I never realised that the Dulux you get from Brewers is of a much higher quality than from DIY stores. I recommend Brewer's paint over the supposedly same paint as DIY centres.

I did a click and collect order and ended up standing around for 15mins before someone could serve me, then they did not know how to find the order. The idea I had of click andf collect was it would speed things up.. Seems not at Brewers, lovely stuff they sell but its a slow process.

Ordering was simple. Delivery driver was great, carried cans to back of house for me ( I’m a bit old ). The delivery was split so made arrangements to leave in a safe place in case we were out when he came back. Very polite, service way above my expectation.

Pick-up was simple. Delivery times promised were pointless.

Excellent next day quality delivery. The driver was extremely polite and friendly and recognised me as a new customer and was clearly keen for me to give more of my custom which I’m happy to do. A very positive customer experience.

Great products delivered quickly

Walked in and went to the till, saw 3 members of staff at the till just chatting away whilst I was waiting, only 1 was serving as well, after a while I was asked if I needed help, went to buy wallpaper so was directed to the big screen at the wallpaper section, found what I wanted but trying to buy on the screen was impossible, I tried and so did a member of staff, just wouldn’t let it happen so in the end I went on my phone and ordered online. Not a great experience
