Found what I wanted on the website and it was in stock at my local branch so placed the order. Got notified very quickly that the item was ready for collection so I picked it up later on the same day. Can’t really ask for more.

Paint seems expensive
Paint seems expensive, but other stuff ok. Whoever delivered the paint, delivered it to the other end of the village. It can’t be too hard to follow an address.

Terrible communication
After ordering online, I received a confirmation email telling me I would receive the order in 3 working days. I received no communication in the following 5 days, so I called my local shop. They told me they were expecting it in the shop the next day and when they received them they would let me know. They didn't. The delivery arrived 2 days later. Terrible communication.
