Excellent site and inperson advice in store

I’ve used brewers for many years the staff are great they communicate well most decorating paints you want brewers will have

I ordered online and was expecting (as advertised) next day delivery. Took three days to arrive. When I phoned to inquire I was dealt with by an extremely unenthusiastic representative. When the delivery eventually arrived one of the large pots of paint was damaged but the seal not broken. So not the experience I was expecting.

I’ve never shopped in a Brewers before however after the exceptional help from one of your employers I will endeavour to shop no where else. I went to your Colindale store and a young guy called Martin went out of his way to help me. I was desperate as I had run out of a wallpaper that was now discontinued. He really went out of his way to help me track a roll down. This level of customer service is so rare these days Martin is an asset to your company. Well done

Easy to order. Good communication as the enquiry we raised was responded to next working day. The products arrived swiftly. Happened opened or used the paints just yet, but have no reason to believe we will not be satisfied. Thank you so much

The order delivery was hugely delayed. However, it arrived safely.

Great customer service. I discovered there was a Brewers Decorator Centre fairly close to where I live. They stock the paint that I required and were able to mix a colour in the same type of paint. Very helpful staff.
