Absolutely the best Customer Service…
Absolutely the best Customer Service I've had in recent times. Ordered a few tester pots and one was the wrong colour. E-mailed customer services and dealt with Jacqui who just needed to see the incorrect colour on white paper. Realised their colour mistake straight away and re ordered the correct one which was delivered to my doorstep the next day by a friendly Brewers rep. Many thanks 10/10 all round to Jacqui & everyone else I dealt with at Brewers.

Excellent onlinecustomer service
I recently purchased online for collection a couple of items, because I had mislaid the ones that I had previouslypurchased from Brewers. So I sent a brief email to customer service asking if I could have a full refund for both items to my credit card. This was organised very promptly with no fuss or bother. So I am very impressed with their after sales customer service. My previous experience of the company has also been very positive, so thank you.

I visited the Croydon branch and received outstanding and excellent service from Munro.
Munro was very helpful and friendly and put up with my numerous questions, as I tried to work out the best exterior paint and colour. I did not feel rushed and she is a definite attribute to the team.
Michael (her manager ) was also very attentive when Munro needed to clarify a product with him.
Absolutely happy with the service received and will definitely be back.
