I was looking for a Sikkens paint that did not originally seem to be available. I went to Brewers in Darlington and a gentleman called Chris made everything happen, and I picked up my paint today. Full marks for going that extra mile, proper old fashioned service, absolutely delighted. Brewers will now be my first stop for decorating supplies.

You advertised wood worktop cleaner and treatment I visited Darlington shop they didn’t have it in and wouldn’t order me any said they would have to order to many in not worth there while not helpful at all I ordered elsewhere 👎

I thought excellent service like this was a thing of the past - but no. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and he gave fantastic service and customer care from the first phone call; he and his team are fully deserving of more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond, despite me unlikely to make much a big impact on their sales revenue. Take a bow Darlington Brewers!

We have had the pleasure of visiting Darlington Centre over the last month.
We are only a cash customer and not going to spend lots of money,so probably not a priority.
I can say that the service and advice given to us by Chris and Phil is as good as you could get visiting any company.

Really good service. They phoned to say the paint had arrived and they would deliver that day. I was expecting to go and pick it up. Delivered at time quoted, couldn't ask for anything better.
