I was waiting for at least 5 minutes at the counter while someone else was being served whilst mixing paint for him then as the second assistant walked in the phoned started to ring so the assistant ignored me and answered the phone, that phone could have rung a few more times after that, would she have carried on answering the phone and just ignored me?

Good Value and masses of choice
Bought some wallpaper online from a massive choice. It was easy to hang and really good value. Manager at local store solved problem on a return very quickly.
