I ordered online and although my item wasn’t in stock they were still able to obtain it from another store ready for collection exactly when stated.

Honestly one of the best customer services I've had in a long time. We slipped up and ordered the wrong paint on line. On delivery I phoned and asked how to rectify it. They arranged collection of the wrong paint from our home and delivered the correct pot the very next day. All refunds were immediately executed and the gentleman on the phone was kind and accommodating. The paint is excellent quality and colour too.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a great variety of quality paint and materials at reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again without question.

Bought Paint Library light grey paint it was a little expensive but what a lovely colour. It can be hit and miss with grey but this is exactly what I wanted. So many shades to choose from.

Materials were available but in a branch half an hour's drive away. Ready for me on arrival .

Order online collected within hour no problems

Bought paint and went to have it delivered but changed my mind just before I placed my order. The local brewers called me when they received it and said I could pick it up or they could drop it off for free the same day.
Now that’s service!

Overall good experience. One gallon of paint wasn’t mixed thoroughly so spectacles of the other colour was coming through.

After placing the order i got a call to say the 5 rolls of wallpaper could not be provided with the same batch number. I reluctantly agreed only to then be told that rather the 3 days wait for collection that it would be at least a week. I cancelled the order and bought it elsewhere
