Quick, efficient and on point
Ordering: Two cans of paint. Found the items quickly, easy to pay. No issues on the website.
Delivery Service: On date and time.
Invoice: Not received. Found Order Confirmation which was held in Mimecast by our company so no issues with that. However I need an invoice to claim back expenses so minus 1 star ;)

Ben had so much knowledge
I went in today with a wallpaper sample and a dilemma of which colour to compliment it and how to get it matched to my specific paper. Ben was absolutely brilliant. He took his time explaining why different colours would or wouldn't work and which ones are closest. He also gave advice about colour choice and colour theory which was really helpful and interesting.

Really good service from Greenhithe branch. I got an email saying my delivery wouldn't be arriving on the date it was expected. Greenhithe store staff managed to get it delivered so I could get the job completed. 5 stars from me

It was so quick and easy doing click n collect, I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size paint, and the guy was only too happy to change it for me. As always the staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
