First class service
It was easy to order with Click and Collect and my paint was quickly available that same day. The unopened tins that I didn't use were taken back without a quibble. I don't buy paint very often but the staff at Brewers Kidderminster are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Due to a serious traffic hold up I arrived at your branch barely five minutes before closing.
I apologized for my lateness and was told by the young lady behind the counter “ don’t worry about that, no problem at all!”
She sorted out my ordered goods and further purchases without a hint feeling inconvenienced, quite exemplary.

Over the course of my current job I've ordered 7 10 litre tubs of paint. The first 3 were full of skins. Next 2 were fine, then the following 2 full of skins again despite being notified earlier about this happening.
Before mixing paints maybe try cleaning all the old, dried paint off the tub lids instead of ignoring it and selling rubbish.

Great customer service
Recently used Brewers in Kidderminster. All staff were really helpful and friendly. Huge range of wallpaper and paints to select from. Loaned two wallpaper books and ordered two lots of paper. Matched the price for Morris & Co paper on Wallpaper Direct website. Big thank you to Jade who was super efficient and knowledgable.

I had ordered online to collect from Kidderminster. The female sales assistant was extremely helpful and in discussion about application helped me to choose appropriate rollers and extension poles. She was a great help.
