Really quick delivery time, easy to click and collect, and also incredibly helpful and friendly staff in store!

Timing fine but foam backed liner not treated carefully during storage or transport and bashed edges on a foam roll are a nightmare to put up. I wished i had refused to take it.

I particularly choose this branch whwn ordering click & collect items. Because of the efficient way they process the orders every time.

Have the Brewer account card since 3 months and when l collected my order today and asked for the trade discount, was informed that there was no discount on this product?
Bought another brand of filler, was also told the same!
When I asked the chap behind the counter, where was the discount on this item, what told that the 10% discount was only on specific offers.
Unbelievable. Pointless having a card if there is no regular discount on all products.
Will go to Wickes where there is always 10% with a card and much more for specific offers.
Not going to throw money away at Brewers.

Sold me paint that was made in 2007 and had been on their shelves for 15 years. Ridiculous for a specialist decorators merchant. I got a refund but had already wasted my time trying to apply it and wondered why it was not going on properly. When I queried the application of the product, Farrow and Ball were helpful and told me how old the paint was from the barcode. It was surprisingly easy to see that it was made in the 17th week of 2007 and I am astonished that Brewers had not checked before selling it.
