I’d like to say a huge thank you to Kevin at the Morecambe branch, I shopped at Brewers for the first time this week and was very impressed not only with their wide range of stock and competitive prices, but the customer service is at another level! Kevin went out of his way to help me set up my account in store and I even got a free breakfast voucher with my purchase!

Really friendly and helpful people. Signed up for a Brewers account and saved myself 20% as well.
Will certainly return for for future paint needs.

Placed an order online in the evening and it arrived next day so I was able to get on with my paint job.Great service would use again for sure!

Worst company ever. They didn't actually have the ladder in stock but were selling it on their website. Took payment and then did not update the order for a whole week. When I called them they said it would be delivered on a certain day, after they get the stock in from their supplier. After calling again when it never arrived, they then said they were not able to get hold of stock. Asked them for a refund and it took another full week to get the refund. Avoid!

I went to your Morecambe store recently following the advice of a friend. I wanted a very old tin of Dulux non-drip gloss paint matching. The lady who served me was wonderful. She put the colour into the mixing machine and it came up looking nothing like the colour I wanted. She looked at a lot of different swatches of colours but couldn’t find it. Eventually she decided just to mix it and see. I couldn’t have non-drip but checked with my partner that that would be OK. When it was finished, it looked fine and he says it is a very good match. I thought this was an example of excellent customer service from an employee you should be very proud of.

Fast delivery, we ordered our wallpaper online and it was delivered to store quickly.

Purchased 5x 7.5l of Dulux trade weathershield paint. Simple order process online and a great price.
Excellent delivery, even got a call from the driver too just before the delivery.
