Service with a smile
5 star experience when I recently ordered and collected wallpaper from Brewers on Hucknall Lane. The friendly staff were extremely helpful from start to finish, helping me make a choice, placing the order, keeping me informed and even offering to help carry my order to the car for me. Customer service that you rarely find these days. I can definitely recommend and will use them again.

Hi Ian
I have looked into your order and been in touch with the store. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with the colour you chose, I understand the team have tried to adjust it for you since. Tinted colour is non-refundable (ready mixed product is refundable) and we recommend with all colour purchases that you try out a tester first to make sure it is the colour you want.
We have been experiencing delays with some brands due to manufacturing delays which this is reflected on the lead times on our website - many products are available straightaway - please get in touch with the store directly for any advice or alternative options should the lead times not suit future projects.
