I was so pleased and amazed,
maybe I was just lucky on the day but I would

waited 21 minutes to be served just ignored one talking to a person the other went off and didn't come back the whole time i was there very poor service and interaction wont be going there again

Ordered some paint on the Monday
Ordered some paint on the Monday, I was told it would be delivered on the Thursday, didn’t receive any correspondence from Brewers so thought I would contact to confirm it was arriving as stated on their website, the person I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and didn’t seem to be bothered, sourced it else where and cancelled my order with them, Brewers used to be helpful (especially to someone who has been using them for years) now their customer service is very bad, I will be looking else where for all my paint in the future

They go the extra mile for the customer
I misunderstood the delivery schedule for the product I needed and initially it would have arrived a day too late.
However, the guy at the Poole branch investigated then pulled out the stops and managed to expedite delivery so it arrived on time.

Great service. Opted for delivery of the stepladders we bought. Were advised the delivery would likely be Monday as ordered late on Thursday night and they were with us the following morning!
