Easy to order and it arrived instore quicker than expected. Had a call to let me know it had arrived.

No effort was made to contact to inform that order was ready for collection.
I phoned to check, when phone eventually answered i got the impression that he could not care less.
Shop empty when I collected 3 large pots of paint, there was a time when staff member would have enquired if I needed a hand, not anymore it seems.

I came directly to Brewers, as I have an account with you. I ordered some Earthborn clay paint on-line and was surprised that no discount at all was applied to my order. When I went to collect the paint, I was informed by your sales advisor that discounts reflect turnover. That is now understood, but we are a new company. If as a Brewers trade account customer I receive no discount, why would I continue to use you?? This was only the 3rd time I have used Brewers. I required some additional specialised Earthborn clay paint for the job I was undertaking, so due the above, I shopped around. Celtic Sustainables provided the additional Earthborn paint at a far better cost (30% cheaper than Brewers). This left me feeling somewhat disappointed with Brewers..

Always have the right stock availability and open when you need them, only down side is that typically more expensive than similar businesses
