Brewers Decorator Centres - Ringwood Opiniones 

During an insurance repair I was asked to choose a paint could for the lounge. Looking through the options we chose Crown Trade, Narrative.
When the decorator opened the tin it was bright yellow, not coffee cream as expected. I took the paint back to Ringwood branch where the manageress sorted the issue quickly a swapped the paint for my chosen colour without any fuss. Very impressed with the service.

Ordered item on line , staff member called to confirm when ready to collect. My collection was dealt with promptly and staff were helpful when I wanted to purchase another item.Cannot praise highly enough

At Ringwood, Brewers Decorator Centre in Hampshire the Team there are “top class” and very helpful also the store is packed with a great range of decorating products. I went in to get some grey paint matched for colour - there was no information as to the exact colour on the tin I had as the label was so faded and unreadable. Julie at the store was so helpful and went through the options for a colour match, she dabbed some of the paint I had onto a colour chart sheet and found the perfect match on the colour chart. I brought a tester pot and tried it on the gate at home and hey presto , it was a perfect match ! - so I went back and purchased a 2.5 Litre Tin - Great Job 👍

It started off with me going online and ordering some wallpaper, of course I got it wrong, didn't order enough!
I then searched for a supplier for the same brand wallpaper, Brewers came up, I emailed my local branch in Ringwood, explained my predicament and right from the off they were so helpful, courteous and willing to help. They got the paper in quickly and let me know straight away, Thank you Brewer's Ringwood, and in particular Denise & Michelle, A+ service, goes to prove you can't beat old fashioned customer service

All worked as you would hope/expect if you want to buy again from shop/company and they want repeat business.
Staff were very pleasant and efficient.

A huge shoutout to Denise @ the Ringwood branch. Following a serious fire at our barn/workshop she showed such kindness and genuine care. Thank you so much x.

Outstanding levels of service. We had an issue with the base of our paint changing but Denise went above and beyond to source and secure our old base so the paint matched. Without her help we would have had to redecorate the entire house.

Ordered Mylands paint. It arrived the following day. It’s fantastic hardwearing paint, much better than Farrow and Ball but not as readily available. Click and collect from Brewers arrived more quickly than when I’ve previously ordered it direct from Mylands. Would definitely recommend.

I did not receive any information to let me know the click and collect item was ready so eventually went to the store to see if it was. The paint was ready as it happened however the salesman insisted that the notification must have gone into my spam.ie, my fault. I questioned this as the order confirmation email had explicitly said I would receive a text. I showed him this and he explained that text meant email! I couldn't get away as he wanted to tell me how much he disapproved of the word text meaning email. Finally I left the store only to receive a TEXT telling me my item was ready! I was so tempted to return to the store but felt that somehow it would still be my mistake. Things do go wrong, I get that but a side apology would have been great!

Your staff are an absolute delight to deal with.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very knowledgable and helpful.

I ordered some paint two weeks ago and was told I would get an email/text when the paint had arrived. I am still waiting!

The helpline was amazing. Went through the options for the correct paint, which I then ordered. Was able to collect very safely.

I ordered and paid online for a collection at my local branch (Ringwood) that would be available in 3-5 days this took over 3 weeks to be ready for collection, .apparently 1 item was coming from Eastbourne.
On collecting yesterday I also selected a 1lt off the shelf which was reduced to £16.99 on a promotion but was charged over £20. The cashier did not know of the promo and had to ask another member to confirm.Apparently the promo was only for Black or White of which the shelf was empty.
This was the first time I have used this branch but would be wary to use again. I know Covid causes supply problems but does not effect common sense.

Helpful staff. Pointed me in the right direction.
And it did just what it said on the tin!
