I went to buy a specific can of paint. The website was showing two in stock but the branch had none.

There was only one person serving and they engaged in discussion of a personal matter with the customer in front of me including showing them family pictures on their mobile phone.

Both seemed completely oblivious that there was another customer waiting.

The service could have been quicker and given that the stock level (I checked when I got back home and it still showed the item in stock) is inaccurate I have no confidence in ordering for click and collect.

We shop at Brewers because the staff is friendly and they offer great advice on decorating our home.

Ordered items to be delivered to shirley dept. When we got there no one new anything about it. Came back with order number later and items were in a different branch so we couldnt carry out the job. Took 6 days to get them.

Excellent quick and pleasant service at the shop. At the time the system to text when the order was in was not working but they had it sorted when I phoned.

My order that I placed online for my accounts was not ready when I went to collect it which is what usually happens when I order online. Your branch flat refused to redeem a Dulux voucher for me even though you are listed as a supplier that can redeem the voucher. And I was virtually accused of not having a genuine voucher and that I was dodgy even though Dulux had sent me the voucher themselves.
