The Fenton store is exceptional, I'm a competent DIY'er however I do have some silly questions from time to time and the staff at Fenton just take it in their stride and answer fully. We ordered wallpaper and was advised it could take a couple of days but it was there next day for us to collect. There are no sideways glances to other members of staff and I felt valued as a customer and they even rang a supplier whilst I was there for me. I'll never go to a 'shed' for anything decorating again, and they're cheaper especially with 20% off with a Brewers card, no I don't work for them but I am an impressed customer.

So lovely to be able to get advice on products and when they didn’t know they rang the company for us.

Received telephone call about an Out of stock item, which arrived in a couple of days. I requested they waited to deliver until all items could come together. Delivered straight to home. Great service!

I’ve used brewers for over ten years and as a decorator I need paint when I need it but in recent years they don’t seem to have any stock with excuse after excuse also tool wise they stopped stocking any decent roller sleeves only Albany ones which are no good at all for a good finish

Amazing service from the guys at Victoria Road. The guy who served us went above and beyond to ensure we purchased the correct products. All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to others.
