Refund issue
I'm extremely disappointed in that ive recently purchased very expensive wallpaper for which they are brand new and unused. Ive went to return these items only to be informed tjat there is,a no refund policy. It was outlined how we weren't aware ofcthis nor were we informed of this prior to purchase to which we were informed its the company policy and we should have been. There was no offer of any resolution not even an offer of a credit note. I'm extremely disappointed with service.
