I ordered a 2.5l tin of Osmo 420 wood protection oil for delivery. It was competitively priced and was delivered on schedule the next day. It was very well packed in a strong box with a moulded liner so it arrived with no damage.

Visited store to find a wallpaper to compliment our redesigned lounge. The vast choice available made our task easy and was complimented by expert staff.

I’ve been using Brewers Decorating Supplies for years, and the Brewers Sutton branch in particular is outstanding. The team genuinely can’t do enough for you — always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to go the extra mile.

Stock levels are reliable, colour matching is spot on, and if something isn’t in, they sort it quickly without any fuss. As a tradesman, having a supplier you can rely on makes all the difference, and the Sutton team consistently deliver. Highly recommended.

They said they "didn't know anything" about my order despite it having been ordered and paid for online hours earlier. Literally took me 25 minutes to call in and pick up my 1 litre tin of paint, though to be fair at least this time I got a begrudging apology. There's often an issue at this branch in my experience. The staff are either too busy drinking coffee outside to serve you or looking blankly at you when you ask a simple question.

Everything was available and reasonable priced for my diy project. Delivery was quick and it came all at the same time😊

Excellent, went in with a dining chair that I needed to match the paint colour. Simon did it by eye, mixed me a pot of paint and my chairs look fabulous again. He was so helpful.

I called to ask if my orders was ready for collection and the branch didn't answer. I was transferred to a central team. They said my order was ready. When I went to Surbiton my orders was not ready & took 20 minutes for it to be prepared. Not great service.

Easy to order on line and good, fast service

Service in store is excellent. It is great place to come and see samples of paint and buy testers if unsure which colour to choose. Help is always available by two ladies that will give their time and expertise in colours matching. Last time we were served by Sonia that explained in detail about paints matching to our requirements and style . We have found her very knowledgeable and friendly. Only negative feedback is that store is lacking staff during lunch time. One more person working would make customer experience much better with faster service. It is difficult to mix paint, give advice, work on till and be at the shop floor at the same time.
Especially with long queue and some impatient customers it wasn’t easy for members of staff.
