Poor staff knowledge
The staff member who said he knew what i was after sold me something other than what I wanted because they had no stock for original request. I had to come home and order it online to prove it was in stock - disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will ensure this is passed on to the relevant team. Kind regards, Shannon.
Quick and Easy
Ordering a click and collect paint was quick and easy. I went to collect the paint an hour after I ordered, I did have to wait until it was mixed but that was no problem.

I’ve been using Brewers Decorating Supplies for years, and the Brewers Sutton branch in particular is outstanding. The team genuinely can’t do enough for you — always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to go the extra mile.
Stock levels are reliable, colour matching is spot on, and if something isn’t in, they sort it quickly without any fuss. As a tradesman, having a supplier you can rely on makes all the difference, and the Sutton team consistently deliver. Highly recommended.

Surbiton branch not the best...
They said they "didn't know anything" about my order despite it having been ordered and paid for online hours earlier. Literally took me 25 minutes to call in and pick up my 1 litre tin of paint, though to be fair at least this time I got a begrudging apology. There's often an issue at this branch in my experience. The staff are either too busy drinking coffee outside to serve you or looking blankly at you when you ask a simple question.
