Very careless staff and equally apathetic customer service. I would definitely recommend using alternative options as they are competitive in price and have at least friendly staff.

Ordered some paint online click and collect service. Very easy to do. Very quick service once in store to collect.

Went into Brewers to pick up an order I had made online. There is a little sample room with a desk just inside the door. There was a staff member there looking at colour swatches. I said hello. The staff member didn't look up or acknowledge me. After a minute or two, he walked away through a door to his right. I heard voices coming from another area, so I decided to go there. On my way there, another customer came in the door, walked past me and into the main shop area. he walked up to the chap I had encountered on my arrival and was served immediately by him. I was ignored again. after about 5 minutes another staff member came into the shop and asked me if I was being served. I told him that I wasn't. He proceeded to help me. My paint hadn't been mixed. He went to the mixing area, but before he goth there, the original staff member stopped him and asked him some questions. before I know it he'd gone off and was helping the other customer on his colleagues behalf. I stood there again for another 5 minutes. It was like I was the invisible man. Apart from that, the paint was what I ordered when I eventually got it.

When ordering it said items would be in stock next working day but this didn’t happen. Other than that it was all good and a website info issue rather than the store.

Good friendly service - but only once I'd had to queue for c15 mins. Only a queue of 4 or so, but some of the customers ahead of me seemed to have long involved transactions. I was just trying to pick up something I'd pre-ordered, so a bit frustrating.
