Bought a citreon berlingo with wheel chair access it was ok until I got home then the ad blue light came on this was on a Friday night I was told the service dept was closed all weekend took veh down on Mon got it back wed and the problem seems to have been sorted

Would have gave you 5 stars if there wasn't a chip in the windscreen only noticed when got home with the van then phoned garage spoke to the guy he admitted there was chip in windscreen but it had been fixed but doesn't look fixed to me so gave them a message but no reply that is the only fault with the van

Sales agent was helpful and answered any questions that I had, and ironed out any problems that occurred.

This is the second vehicle I've bought from Bridgend and would not hesitate to use them again, unfortunately there was a delay in having the vehicle ready and it's only this that stopped me giving them 5 stars

Now I've bought two good wee runners from vehicle trade centre (Bridgend cheaper cars) and not had an issue but this time I bought a VW and done all my usual checks to minimise any issues occurring but after one week I had a number of faults on the dash. They happily took the car in to change an ABS sensor but never bothered to tell me it was ready and caught them just before they all left but hey ho they were nice enough.

A few months later the same fault surfaced but this time given the time frame from buying I took it to my usual garage since they were changing a tyre anyway. ABS sensor I said to them only to be called to tell me it's not the issue. The ABS sensor had been tightly cable tied to remove the faults (showed me) and just given back to me when the issue is the ABS pump which is more expensive to repair. I'm also told the car has significant suspension issues which would have been evident when they were preparing the car for sale and they gave it an MOT!!! At it

Seen someone post cowboys about them and I agree. If buying a fairly new car you are unlikely to have an issue but older cars that require some work there's a chance like me they'll just funny it up and flip it on
