Very professional service. They arrived on time, packed everything we asked them to and delivered it to the new address. All dismantled furniture was properly built at the new property and they passed by the day after to pick up the boxes. I am very happy with the service.

Communication with Britmove was great before our move. on move day the Britmove team turned up on time as arranged and quickly and seamlessly loaded the removal van in Edinburgh and then unloaded everything as requested on the same day in Rutland. Very reliable service, Everything arrived safely and on time. Would highly recommend.

The team arrived promptly and were keen to get on with moving us out, advising us how they would work through the house to complete the job. The team assisted us in completing the packing and disassembled the beds and dining table with no issues. The whole team went out of their way to help and we could not recommend them more.

A very smooth move for us on a very stressful day, last day before stamp duty changes, we had to exchange and complete on the same day. Britmove provide a calm and careful approach and nothing is too much trouble, thank you to Bianca, John and his team we really appreciate it.

We've been in our new house for nearly a week and it's time to do some reviews. Britmove we're fantastic. Bianca's communication was faultless right from the start. The quotation from our video walk round was very competitive and certainly much cheaper than one of our local companies.
The team arrived dead on 8am to pack the day before and efficiently packed and loaded three vans with most of our stuff including some pretty awkward items and heavy concrete pots with trees.
They arrived early on the move day, quickly loaded the remaining things and were on their way. We arrived at the new house 10 minutes after completion and they were ready and waiting to unload, which went without issues, despite being a wet and miserable February day.

Bianca has been absolutely incredible all the way from initial quote through to the actual move. This company have exceptionally high standards when it comes down to communication and go the ‘extra mile’ in making moving less stressful. We had a very coordinated, well managed team of 5 for our move and it was brilliantly executed. I would highly recommend Britmove. Thank you so much.

The service is good. Bianca from the customer service is nice to answer all my questions about the quote, what services included and no hidden charge. I choose them after getting quotes from few removal companies.
The driver contacted me one day before the scheduled date to confirm the time and location.
The driver arrived on time and they worked quickly to dismantle the furnitures and load them on the truck with protections. They are nice and gentle.
Will reach to them definitely if I need any removal service in the future.

We booked this company to carry out our house move. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we had to change dates a few times due to everything in the chain not being ready! The guys arrived on time and loaded and unloaded our belongings with great care. They were polite and respectful at all times. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for removals

Great service from contacting the office braking down cost of everything and how the works will be done to the lads coming out to my property then getting all stuff to the new property worked to a very high standards very quick

They are so well organised I have used them before and as usual they were brilliant

Really good experience with Britmove - great consistency of communication from Bianca ahead of the move and in terms of getting it all booked in. Guys on the day were brilliant and worked doggedly, Taking good care of all our belongings. Only challenge was the lack of comms on the day of move, which meant a lot of hanging around and was a shame. Would still highly recommend!

Removal men arrived on time and worked non-stop to load and unload. They were very polite and friendly. The whole process was faultless which made the experience completely stress free for a couple of anxious pensioners. I would have no hesitation in recommending Britmove to anyone wishing for a seamless move.

Where can I start...
Arrived all ready with their protective equipment just before 7 am!They all worked non stop,from packing to dismantling and loading their huge van all within 5 hours.The other end, worked even harder to reassemble and reinforce our IKEA quality wardrobes making them like brand robust new!All made a stressful experience of moving as smooth as it can get!Well done Britmove but most importantly,Stefan and his guys are a huge asset to your company.thank you all
